Justin Bieber Still Single: I am Still Letting My Broken Heart Heal After Selena Gomez Split

He may hang out with gorgeous models and be rumored to be dating several of his lady friends, but Justin Bieber insists he’s actually been single for quite some time — and it’s all because he’s still heartbroken over his breakup with Selena Gomez!

You guys, Justin Bieber, 21, is totally SINGLE. The singer dished on his love life during a new interview on Sept. 8, and even admitted to being totally distraught over his split from Selena Gomez, 23. So much so, in fact, that he’s still healing, and not ready for another relationship because of it!

“The thing is, I’m a relationship type of guy,” the Biebs told Kyle & Jackie O of Australia’s KIIS 106.5 radio station. “I love being in love and I love cuddling, I love all that stuff. But I got my heart broken, so I’m just trying to let that heal up.” Awwww — poor Justin! Even though it was a long time ago, we know how hard the split was on both him and Selena, so it makes sense if they’re both still hurting.

Relationship drama aside, things are going pretty well for Justin these days. He released his comeback single “What Do You Mean?” — which you can buy here — on Aug. 28 and it has already become a huge hit. Already, the 21-year-old has given two AMAZING live performancesof the song, at the VMAs and on Jimmy Fallon’s talk show, and it’s just gotten us even MORE pumped for his new album which will be released on Nov. 13.
